The Origin
Renacer was born in Córdoba, but it began long before it had a name.
It began in 1993, when Blas and Paula chose olive farming as their way of life. They weren't looking for quick results. They were looking for roots.
Since then, each season has set our pace. Each decision, our way of understanding a job well done. For years they cared for the traditional olive grove with the patience of those who know that the land cannot be forced: it must be listened to.
That learning is in our DNA. Because we've never believed in producing more. We believe in producing better.
The Awakening
Eventually, Adrián arrived. And with him, a generation ready to honor the legacy and adapt it to the present.
At that moment of transition, the perfect symbol appeared: the hummingbird.
Tradition says that when a hummingbird appears to you, something good is about to happen. And in our case, that's exactly what happened. Because the hummingbird isn't just any bird. It's the only one capable of being reborn every day.
Each night, this little messenger enters such a deep state of torpor that its heart almost stops. It seems lifeless. But at dawn, it is reborn. It regains its energy, its color, its speed.
Exactly what we wanted for our olive grove.
Why Rebirth
That awakening of the hummingbird is our story.
Rebirth is the rebirth of a more honest agriculture. The shift from the conventional model to the organic one. Leaving behind outdated practices to awaken a more vibrant, more sustainable, more coherent olive grove.
No shortcuts. No artifice. Just healthy soil, respected trees, and a balanced environment.
And like the hummingbird that carries messages between worlds, we want to be that bridge: between the tradition of Blas and Paula and the future that Adrián is building. Between the countryside of Córdoba and your table. Between what was and what can be.

Aceites Renacer es una empresa familiar de La Carlota, Córdoba, fundada en 2022 por Adrián Castro como proyecto de relevo generacional. El olivar familiar tiene más de 30 años de historia: en 1993, Blas y Paula plantaron los primeros olivos en la campiña cordobesa. Hoy cultivamos 16 hectáreas de variedad Picual bajo manejo 100% ecológico, certificado por el CAAE (Comité Andaluz de Agricultura Ecológica).
Todo nuestro aceite se obtiene exclusivamente por extracción mecánica en frío, a temperatura inferior a 27°C, pocas horas después de la recolección. Esto garantiza la máxima concentración de polifenoles y antioxidantes naturales. La producción es limitada y de cosecha propia, con trazabilidad total desde el olivo hasta la botella.
Premios y reconocimientos
Premio Gran Mezquita 2024 — 97/100 puntos. Reconocido como uno de los mejores aceites de oliva virgen extra ecológico de cosecha temprana.
